Unfortunately, there are no returns on our products.
However if an item arrived damaged or in poor condition, please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly replace it.
Vent Mounts have a 30-day warranty on them. These are plastic parts so they have a tendency to break if installed incorrectly or forced. If this happens, please contact us and send a picture of the damaged item within 30 days, and we will send a replacement part. You will be required to pay for shipping for the replacement item.
